Young Child Found Alone on Halloween in Atlanta

The Atlanta Police Department is seeking assistance to identify a young, non-verbal male child, approximately 3 to 4 years old, found alone on Halloween night. The Special Victims Unit is investigating, and anyone with information about the child or his family is urged to contact authorities through various channels.
