If you bought a popular utility wagon from Costco, stop using it with your children immediately. It has been recalled because it could seriously injure or kill a child.

What’s Happening: Olympia Tools is recalling about 530 of its Pack-N-Stroll Premium Folding Utility Wagons. The company says the wagons pose a risk of head entrapment and falls to children.

What’s Important: The wagon has an opening between a tray and the side wall where a child’s head can get trapped. It also does not have a safety restraint system, which could lead to falls.

How To Get Your Money Back: You should stop using the wagon right away. You can return it to Costco for a full refund.

The Details: The recalled wagon is black with blue accents and has “Pack-N-Stroll” on the side. It was sold online at Costco.com and cohooutdoors.com from June to July 2025 for between $200 and $400.

The Big Picture: No injuries have been reported. The recall was issued because the wagon does not meet mandatory federal safety standards for strollers.
