Gwinnett Police have arrested 32-year-old Hector Armando Moreno Luzardo.
Luzardo is charged with 3x Aggravated Assault, Possession of Firearm During Commission of a Felony, Discharging a Firearm near Public Highway, Reckless Conduct, Criminal Trespass, Trafficking Cocaine and Methamphetamines, Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana, and Theft by Receiving Stolen Firearm.
On May 15, shortly after midnight, officers responded to a discharging firearm call at the Paramount Apartment Complex.
Witnesses identified Luzardo as a taxi driver who fired at a customer after a ride service.
On May 26, a search warrant was executed at Luzardo’s home. Detectives, and uniformed officers seized 119 grams of cocaine, 65 grams of methamphetamines, 72 grams of marijuana, and 22,600 dollars and recovered a stolen handgun.
