MACON — Game Wardens and local dive teams are actively searching for a missing tuber who is presumed to have drown yesterday on Lake Tobesofkee after falling from a tube.

The 31-year-old man went missing yesterday after Georgia Department of Natural Resources say he and another person who were both being pulled in separate tubes on the back of a pontoon boat were thrown from their tubes.

A passenger on the boat was able to rescue one of the tubers, but was injured in the process.

The incident occurred at about 1:30 p.m. Saturday.
