According to police, An 18-year-old driver from Powder Springs, in a 2016 black Toyota Corolla, was traveling south on Forest Hill Road as a 23-year-old pedestrian was crossing the road from the east side. The pedestrian, who police say was not using a marked crosswalk, was struck by the vehicle.
