The South Fulton Police Department is asking for the community’s assistance in finding 83-year-old Billie Coot Carmichael, who has dementia and has been missing for several days.
Details:
• Last Seen: Carmichael was last spotted on Dec. 7 on Hidden Brook Trail in South Fulton.
• Physical Condition: He suffers from dementia, which could leave him vulnerable and disoriented.
