The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office reports that the U.S. Marshals Service has arrested a Decatur murder suspect in Alabama.
Authorities arrested 31 year-old Decatur resident Aqontise Phanique Glenn without incident Sept. 24 on charges of murder. Glenn is accused of shooting 36 year-old Christopher Copeland of Stockbridge, in the leg and head on Sept. 8 at an apartment complex on Columbia Drive in Decatur.
Glenn is awaiting extradition to Georgia, where he will be held in the DeKalb County Jail.
