Elizabeth Baker and Crow Newton are the new Assistant Master Model Builders at the soon-to-open Lego Discovery Center in Atlanta. They won the coveted title after competing in the Brick Factor competition, where they took on three rounds of timed freestyle builds. The competition was held today at Lenox Square Mall and concluded with a job offer for the two winners.

The Lego Discovery Center, which is set to open on March 31, is North America’s first ultimate indoor Lego playground.

Baker and Newton will be responsible for building memories through various Lego creations, classes, and more. Their office will be filled with millions of Lego bricks and be located at the heart of the new attraction.

The Lego Discovery Center is also looking for local Lego enthusiasts to apply for full-time and part-time positions.

Kids who aspire to be Master Model Builders someday can apply to be a Mini Model Builder, a special kid-only group that joins the Center’s Master Model Builder in building activities and classes throughout the year. Mini Model Builder applications can be found on the Lego Discovery Center website and are accepted until Monday, February 13th.

Future guests can sign up to get first access to purchase tickets on the Lego Discovery Center website at www.legodiscoverycenter.com/atlanta/information/newsletter/
