The funeral service for fallen DeKalb County Police Officer Edgar Flores will take place Tuesday at All Saints Catholic Church in Dunwoody at 11:00 a.m.

Heavy traffic delays are expected in the area before and after the service.

If you would like to pay your last respects to Officer Flores, the city of Dunwoody has provided a map of the funeral procession route.

Flores was shot and killed while conducting a traffic stop in Decatur last week. The funeral procession will leave the church between 12:30 and 1 p.m. The city is asking motorists to avoid parking along the route to keep the roads safe and clear.

Following the funeral service, the procession will make a left from All Saints Catholic Church, going southwest on Mount Vernon Road toward Tilly Mill Road. It will then turn left onto Tilly Mill Road and turn right onto N. Peachtree Road. It with then merge onto I-285 E/GA-407 E via the ramp on the left.
