A 7-year old who has been missing since Nov. 27 has been returned to DFACS and the suspect has been arrested, according to Gwinnett police.
Earlier today, Ricardo Medy surrendered to a Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Department deputy at the Gwinnett County Recorder’s Court Annex Building. He was eventually transported to the Gwinnett County Jail.
7-year-old Quamaine Finch was with Ricardo and is in the custody of DFACS. Quamaine is reported to be in good health.
