The Albany Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Bureau is asking for your help finding Rufus Lee Sherman, a 54-year-old man wanted on charges of rape, incest, and cruelty to children in the first degree.
Sherman, who is 54, is described as standing at 6 feet tall and weighing 200 pounds.
