Moneypenny, a leading customer conversations company, is pleased to announce that its Atlanta office has added two new professionals to its growing marketing team, including Shirley Oliveira as Demand Generation Manager and Bailey Shepard as Marketing Coordinator.

In addition to these new hires, Moneypenny is also recruiting a Content Marketing Manager to further strengthen its strategy and output across digital channels.

The expansion reflects Moneypenny’s commitment to scaling its presence across the U.S. and serving more clients through a diverse range of sectors. The new team brings fresh expertise in everything from demand generation and creative content to marketing operations to further strengthen Atlanta as a hub for marketing innovation within the wider Moneypenny Group.

Shepard originally began her career at Moneypenny as a receptionist nearly three years ago before moving into client onboarding and now marketing. Having grown with the company and with an understanding from the frontlines, she will support campaigns, content, and design projects that showcase how Moneypenny helps businesses create amazing customer experiences.

Oliveira, who previously served as Demand Generation Manager at Gain, and as a Digital Marketing Analyst at Itatiaia and Cfaz will leverage her experience in B2B marketing to develop strategies that generate awareness of how Moneypenny can help more U.S. businesses with its exceptional service.

Kris Altiere, US Head of Marketing for Moneypenny, is excited to welcome the new members of the team at a pivotal moment for the company, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year.

“We’re thrilled to welcome these talented individuals to our Atlanta marketing team. At Moneypenny, pushing forward isn’t just about growth, it’s about thinking ahead, fostering culture, and blending cutting-edge technology and AI with human experience. By investing in people and tools, we can scale while staying true to what makes us unique.”

Moneypenny is renowned for embracing technological innovation while maintaining a people-first culture. The company continues to invest in AI and automation tools to streamline operations, always prioritizing empathy, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

The newly expanded marketing team along with the upcoming Content Marketing Manager will spearhead campaigns aimed at boosting Moneypenny’s footprint in key sectors, including healthcare, home services, legal, real estate, and finance. They will also help refine the company’s brand voice and ensure all communications align with Moneypenny’s values of authenticity, innovation, and excellence.
