Lilburn is set to introduce a rotating lineup of food trucks in Old Town, expanding dining choices for residents and visitors. The city, in collaboration with the Downtown Development Authority and Lilburn Main, LLC, will open a temporary food truck site at the corner of First and Main Streets.
This location, across from 1910 Public House, is intended to draw more pedestrian traffic and support local businesses.
The food truck initiative will serve as an interim use of the 0.77-acre site before construction begins on three commercial buildings planned for early next year.
Starting October 1, food trucks will operate every Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., providing a fresh dining experience in the heart of Old Town.
