Flags in Georgia will be lowered to half-staff on Wednesday to honor Cullen Talton, the longest-serving sheriff in America who passed away at 92. Talton served Houston County for nearly 52 years, leaving a significant legacy. His funeral is set for Wednesday, with Chief Deputy Billy Rape stepping in as interim sheriff.
