Two teenagers were shot after a dispute over a missing dog Tuesday. One teen is dead and the other was hospitalized and is in stable condition.

According to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, Jamey O’Brien, of Metter, was arrested for Computer Theft and Violation of Oath of Office.
