Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp has ordered flags throughout the state to be flown at half-staff in memory of former Secretary of State Colin Powell.

Powell died Monday from complications due to COVID-19.

Under Kemp’s order, flags should be flown at half-staff until Oct. 22.
