Okay Atlanta, what are we calling this water crisis? Watergate’s already taken. — Lisa (@LisaWillNotLose) June 1, 2024

Shout out to the local Atlanta reporters for keeping the public informed about the multiple water main breaks. City communication has been sh tty! pic.twitter.com/u0wVlpwP4p — Sherice ✌🏾❤️✨ (@soloinacrowd) June 1, 2024
Atlanta needs to get this water crisis fixed I’m not trying to smell like one of those hippie celebrities who doesn’t believe in bathing https://t.co/NsiSb0rOuI — Elijah (@realelijahblack) June 1, 2024
My hotel in downtown Atlanta is kicking everyone out at 1 pm and turned off the air conditioning due to the water issue, so we have the entire hotel in line trying to check out with four employees to help everyone @HiltonHotels this is not okay — katie du jour🦇 (@katieisafraid) June 1, 2024
Angie, I disagree with this. Many cities older, bigger and denser than Atlanta do not have water main break like this, nor do they have mayors who are unresponsive for 24 hours during a water crisis. This is an issue with proper maintenance, adequate city funding, and governance — Alex Ip 葉清霖 @alexip718@journa.host (@AlexIp718) June […]
Atlanta is wild rn. The city legit doesn’t have water… 3rd world country — RCHRD Ace (@Richard2Dope) June 1, 2024
