Where: Downtown Canton
Step back in time and experience Christmas in Canton as it might have been in days gone by. Visitors can take a complimentary wagon ride through the illuminated streets of Downtown Canton, soaking in the sights and sounds of the season. Santa Claus will be stationed at the gazebo, ready to hear holiday wishes and pose for memorable photos.
Christmas in Canton
When: Dec. 13, 6–9 p.m.
Where: Downtown Canton
The holiday magic continues with “Christmas in Canton,” a lively celebration offering fun for the whole family. Activities include a petting zoo, face painting, a balloon artist, and a s’mores station. Little ones can enjoy inflatables and cookie decorating while parents browse the local shops, open late to help with last-minute gift shopping. Santa makes another appearance, making this a night filled with joy and holiday spirit.
Merry Market and Parade
When: Dec. 14, 12–7 p.m.
Where: Downtown Canton
Saturday kicks off with the Merry Market from noon to 6 p.m., featuring over 140 arts and crafts vendors, live entertainment, food trucks, and more. Santa will be available for photos from 2 to 5 p.m., ensuring kids leave with big smiles. Once the market winds down, the Canton Christmas Parade steps off at 6 p.m., filling the streets with holiday floats, marching bands, and community cheer.
Important Note: Streets along the parade route, including East Main and North Street, will close at 5:30 p.m. for setup, so plan accordingly.
