ATLANTA — If you haven’t made plans for Mother’s Day yet, a trip to the zoo may be in order. Best of all, mom gets to go for free.
Zoo Atlanta celebrates moms of all species on Mother’s Day and mothers can enjoy free admission with the purchase of any regularly-priced child’s or adult’s general admission ticket.
The Mother’s Day discount is valid only on May 12 and may not be combined with any other discount. Mothers do not require a ticket if accompanied by a child or adult with a regularly-priced ticket, which may be purchased online at zooatlanta.org or at Zoo Atlanta Admissions.
Zoo Atlanta Members, who already enjoy free admission year-round, may also treat mothers to a Zoo day on Mother’s Day.
Members may bring up to two mothers at no charge, provided mothers are accompanied by an individual named on the membership.
