The Details: On the morning of February 14, a distressing incident unfolded at the Relax Inn on US Highway 301 in Claxton where four people were found with gunshot wounds. Two of the victims, identified as Shalonde A’Jessica Stevens, 27, and Taylor Samone Clark, 26, both from Statesboro, later died from their injuries.

Adams faces charges including murder and aggravated assault.
