Bryan County Schools announced it will close all schools on Thursday, October 10, due to safety concerns associated with Hurricane Milton. With Bryan County currently under a Tropical Storm Warning and a State of Emergency as declared by Governor Brian Kemp, school officials decided that the risks posed by potential high winds, as well as weakened trees and debris from the recent Hurricane Helene, are too great for students and staff to safely attend school.
