Roswell Arts Center Announces Fall 2024 Event Lineup

Roswell is set to host an exciting array of arts and entertainment events this fall at the Roswell Cultural Arts Center. This season features an eclectic mix of performances, exhibitions, and concerts, promising memorable experiences for audiences of all ages.

The season kicks off with Joe Gransden’s “Sounds of the Big Band Era” and the Song of Atlanta A Cappella Show Chorus. Highlights of the upcoming events include:

Home Away From Home: Duo Art Exhibition

  • Dates: August 2 – September 20
  • Artists: Helen Choi and Amberly Hui Hood
  • Description: This exhibition explores culture and identity through vivid colors and abstraction. Both artists, second-generation Korean Americans, reflect on the concept of “home,” offering viewers an opportunity to engage with their unique perspectives.

Into the Woods by Bellissimo Theatre Company

  • Dates: August 9 – August 18
  • Description: Enjoy Stephen Sondheim’s classic musical “Into the Woods” with performances on Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m., and matinee shows on Saturdays and Sundays at 2:00 p.m.

La Candela Flamenco

  • Date: Friday, September 20 at 7:30 p.m.

  • Description: Immerse yourself in the rich history of flamenco with Ania La Candela and her ensemble, who will captivate audiences with their dynamic performance.

Reaching New Heights with Song of Atlanta A Cappella Show Chorus Showcase

  • Date: Sunday, September 29 at 2:00 p.m.
  • Tickets: VIP $35, Regular $25, Senior/Student/Military $18
  • Description: Experience the award-winning harmonies and showmanship of the Song of Atlanta Show Chorus, featuring nearly 100 performers in a showcase that promises to be a season highlight.

All performances will be held at the Roswell Cultural Arts Center, located at 950 Forrest Street, Roswell, GA 30075. Free event parking is available next to the arts center and across the footbridge in Lower Lot F at City Hall.
