SAVANNAH -- Savannah Police are asking for the public's help identifying to persons of interest in a cutting incident that occurred at an extended stay hotel Oct. 15.


SAVANNAH — Savannah Police are asking for the public’s help identifying to persons of interest in a cutting incident that occurred at an extended stay hotel Oct. 15.

Officers responded to the Suburban Extended Stay, 10614 Abercorn St., around 2:40 p.m. Oct. 15 and discovered a 26-year-old man suffering from a wound that resulted from a cutting incident. The victim was transported to a hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

Detectives are seeking two identify the two unknown individuals seen leaving the hotel in a black or dark colored sedan, possibly a Volkswagen Jetta or Passat. 

Anyone with information on the incident or the identity of the two subjects is asked to contact police.
