The News: A Paulding County woman has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of cruelty to children.
The Crime: According to the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office, video evidence shows the suspect, Goldia Marie Lipsky, assaulting five different children ranging in ages from 8 months to 3 years old in her home daycare, Reach For The Sky Academy LLC.
The Arrest: On January 25, detectives from the Juvenile Division of the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office received an anonymous tip about the video evidence and arrested Lipsky without incident at the daycare.
Lipsky is 63 years old.
The Investigation: Detectives are encouraging anyone with additional information about the Reach For The Sky Academy LLC home daycare or any additional victims from this daycare to contact the Investigations Tip Line at (770) 443-3047 or send a tip via the Paulding Sheriff Mobile app.
As the investigation progresses, additional charges may be filed against Lipsky.
The investigation began due to an anonymous tip received by the sheriff’s office.
