😼 The Gist: The Gwinnett County Police Department swiftly apprehended a man with multiple outstanding warrants who was found in a vehicle reported stolen just hours earlier.

❓ What’s Happening: On April 30, officers from the North Precinct of the Gwinnett County Police Department located a stolen vehicle within hours of it being reported stolen from Jackson County.

They found Timothy Kevin Burke, 46, of Sugar Hill, inside the vehicle in the area of Pass Court.

  • Burke had two outstanding warrants from other jurisdictions.
  • The stolen vehicle was returned to its rightful owner, and Burke was arrested on charges of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, in addition to his outstanding warrants.
