Georgia will conduct a hand recount of all ballots for the presidential race.

The recount was announced by Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger at a Wednesday press conference.

The recount is expected to begin later this week and Raffensperger said it should take until Nov. 20 to complete the hand recount. Nov. 20 is also the date the state plans to certify the votes.

The margin in the state is thin between the two candidates, with Biden being ahead of Trump by about 14,000 votes.
