ATLANTA — Dunkin’ will be honoring Atlanta’s first responders Feb. 17 by feeding every City of Atlanta firefighter as part of National Random Act of Kindness Day.
To kick off Random Acts of Kindness Day, Dunkin’ will be at Atlanta Fire Rescue Station 1 at 8:30 a.m. to drop off 72 dozen donuts and 36 boxes of Dunkin’ coffee to be distributed to the 36 fire stations and administrative buildings across Atlanta.
“Despite all the changes that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought us, the people at the Atlanta Fire Rescue Foundation have been consistently present, willing and brave to fight for their community,” said Katie Gaston, Integrated Marketing Manager, Dunkin’. “Random Acts of Kindness Day is the perfect way to honor these workers and show them that Dunkin’ is here for them when they are there for everyone else.”
“We are so thankful to Dunkin’ and Inspire Brands for their continued generosity of support for our City of Atlanta firefighters,” said Shirley Anne Smith, Executive Director, Atlanta Fire Rescue Foundation. “This engagement complements the Foundation’s 2021 Pledge to create a culture of gratitude and appreciation for firefighters.”
Dunkin’ and its franchisees are dedicated to serving and recognizing those who support their communities.
