Part of Highway 92 in Woodstock is closed down and lined with police cars due to a shooting in the area.
The Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed it is investigating a shooting near Bells Ferry Road and Highway 92.
According to the Sheriff’s Department, two people are dead and three are injured. The suspect in the shooting escaped in a black Hyundai SUV.
