The victims were rushed to a nearby hospital, where 15-year-old Chyell Paulk was pronounced dead. The three survivors, including a 19-year-old and two minors, are currently receiving medical care. The arrested teen faces charges including felony murder, three counts of aggravated assault, and illegal firearm possession during the commission of a felony.
