CANDLER COUNTY – A severe storm that swept through Candler County tonight caused significant disruption by knocking down the traffic light at the intersection of Highways 46 and 57.
The powerful winds and heavy rain led to the traffic light’s collapse, leaving it sprawled across the roadway and creating immediate traffic concerns.
