In a significant development in a missing person investigation, the Bibb County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, has made a discovery that could bring closure to the disappearance of Gabriella Dixon, who has been missing since October.
The Discovery: Today, human remains were uncovered by a construction crew in a wooded area of Monroe County. Authorities believe the remains belong to Gabriella Dixon, who was reported missing on October 31. The remains have been sent to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation for positive identification.
Arrests Made: During the ongoing investigation, a person of interest, Jatarvius Deangelo Price, was arrested at a residence in Monroe County. Price, 19, had previously been charged with making false statements and tampering with evidence related to the case. He was arrested on November 17, 2023, and made bond the following day. Today, Price was transported to the Bibb County Jail and charged with conspiracy to commit murder.
Additionally, warrants for Reginald Harris were served at the Bibb County Jail for the murder of Gabriella Dixon.
