DUNWOODY -- A 19-year-old Dunwoody man has been arrested and charged with felony murder in the death of Spencer Lavest Foster. Foster's body was discovered last week at the Dunwoody Village Apartment Homes. He was 39 years old.

DUNWOODY — A 19-year-old Dunwoody man has been arrested and charged with felony murder in the death of Spencer Lavest Foster. Foster’s body was discovered last week at the Dunwoody Village Apartment Homes. He was 39 years old.

Police arrested, Kalijuan Hawkins, who was taken into custody on May 8 and is currently at the DeKalb County Jail.

At 6:43 p.m. May 6, the Dunwoody Police Department received a 9-1-1 call regarding a person possibly deceased inside an apartment at the Dunwoody Village Apartment Homes. Officers arrived and found Foster dead at the scene.
