WARNER ROBINS — A backpack search Wednesday revealed that a student at Warner Robins High School brought a gun to school.
Warner Robins High School Principal Chris McCook sent a phone message to parents Wednesday alerting them of the incident.
According to the call, a firearm was found during a search of a students backpack. McCook said all students and staff are safe and were not in danger.
The Houston County school district has not released any further details about the incident.
