The last week in Georgia has been marked by several incidents involving car crashes, heavy rains, and rescue efforts in Georgia’s lakes and rivers.
In addition to these incidents, a mysterious Georgia monument in the middle of nowhere was taken out in an explosive blast.

A driver plowed into a Paulding County gas station, striking several cars and a gas pump, then shot himself. This is one of the cars damaged in the crash. 
The Georgia Guidestones monument was destroyed by an explosive device last week. While part of the Guidestones were destroyed in the blast, state officials later took down the entire monument for safety reasons. 
A Macon transit bus collided with an SUV.
