The Gwinnett County Police Department says a missing elderly Lawrenceville woman who requires constant medical attention has been located.
Police say 79-year-old Jean G. Self was last seen at her home on Flagg Way in Lawrenceville Sunday, November 29, at about 11 a.m. Her husband contacted law enforcement when she did not return home three hours later after walking out.
The police K9 Unit along with the police helicopter and Gwinnett Search Team were searching for her Sunday evening.
According to the Gwinnett County Police, Self was later located by the Norcross Police Department at the QT gas station at Brookhollow Parkway and Jimmy Carter Blvd. unharmed. She has been reunited with her family.
