ALBANY — The Albany Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance with finding 34-year old Desmond Carter regarding outstanding warrants for Aggravated Assault.
According to police, on September 10, 34-year old John Spaulding was beaten repeatedly and struck in the head with a hammer.
The incident occurred on North Harding Street in the 700 block.
