Rainfall totals: Between half an inch and 1 inch of rain had fallen by 9:58 a.m. Up to 1 more inch was expected.
Flood risk: Minor flooding was happening or expected to begin soon in low-lying areas and places with poor drainage. The advisory remains in effect until 11 a.m.
What this means for you: Drivers should turn around if they find water covering a road. Most flood deaths happen in vehicles.
