A 16-Year-Old Pedestrian is Dead After a Fatal Hit-and-Run in Cobb County

Police are investigating a fatal pedestrian hit-and-run that occurred on State Route 360 at Cunningham Road on Saturday night.

🕵️‍♂️ The Details: Police say at around 11 PM, a 16-year-old pedestrian was walking in the right lane of State Route 360 when he was struck by a red Hyundai Santa Fe, which then fled the scene. The teenager sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Cobb County Medical Examiner’s Office.
