DeKalb County fire crews discovered a body in a pond Monday night while searching for a 37-year-old man reported missing by his mother.
What’s Happening: The man’s mother called authorities around 7:45 p.m. on Sept. 29 to report him missing. She told fire officials her son often visited the pond to fish.
What We Know: Crews found a body in the water but have not confirmed if it belongs to the missing man. The DeKalb Fire Department is still working to pull the body from the pond.
