The Gist: A potentially dangerous fire, which broke out at the rear of a business on Kimball Bridge Road in Alpharetta late Friday, was promptly extinguished by local firefighters, preventing further damage to the structure.
What Happened?: Just after 8 p.m. on Friday, firefighters raced to Kimball Bridge Road, close to the intersection with Old Milton Parkway, following a 911 call from a passerby who spotted signs of a fire behind a business. Arriving on the scene, the crew discovered a small fire involving electrical lines and an outlet at the back of a standalone building.
