• The shooting occurred on Nov. 25 in a parking lot at 3466 Holcomb Bridge Road in Peachtree Corners.

• Police say a dispute between a white BMW and another vehicle escalated after an exchange of flashing headlights.

• Security footage shows a physical altercation between the vehicles’ occupants before one person was shot.

• The suspects were identified as Paola Nicole Cruz Pena, 21, and David Jesus Ravelo Cedeno, 25, both from Riverdale.

• Pena faces charges of aggravated assault, battery, and tampering with evidence.

• Cedeno is charged with multiple crimes, including three counts of aggravated assault, reckless conduct, and firing a weapon under the influence.

• Both suspects were apprehended in Riverdale and are being held in the Gwinnett County Jail.
