Investigators quickly gathered evidence at the scene, locating the suspected firearm. They determined that the suspect, 19-year-old Uriah Sincere Hall, was known to the victim’s girlfriend. Hall was apprehended, questioned, and subsequently charged with aggravated assault, felony murder, and possession of a firearm during the commission of certain crimes.
