The child, Noah Singleton, was believed to have been taken after his mother was stabbed in a violent domestic incident, according to the Clarkston Police Department.

The child has been located safe and unharmed with a family member in Conyers.

The suspect, Emmanuel Singleton, and the stolen vehicle have not been located. The vehicle is a Gray 2007 Volkswagen Jetta, license plate RVD6200.

According to media reports, Noah’s mother was taken to the hospital, but no details are available on her condition.
