The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $150,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect or suspects involved in the armed robbery of a United States Postal Service mail carrier in Augusta.
What Happened: The robbery occurred on Nov. 13 at 4:55 p.m. on Jonathan Circle in Augusta.
How You Can Help: Authorities are urging anyone with information about the robbery to come forward. You can report tips by calling the U.S. Postal Inspection Service at 1-877-876-2455 and saying “Law Enforcement.” Reference Case No. 4423549-ROBB when providing information. All reports will be kept confidential.
Safety Warning: The Postal Service is reminding the public not to attempt to apprehend the suspect themselves.
