Dawson’s city manager Owen Wallace “Barney” Parnacott Jr., was arrested Friday.
The GBI arrested Parnacott on charges of aggravated sodomy after the agency was asked to investigate allegations against the 65-year-old city manager Nov. 24.
Parnacott is being held at the Terrell County Jail.
