ALPHARETTA -- The Alpharetta Police Department has arrested and charged a 19-year-old suspect with murder and two counts of aggravated assault following a violent domestic incident Monday morning on Nathan Circle.

ALPHARETTA — The Alpharetta Police Department has arrested and charged a 19-year-old suspect with murder and two counts of aggravated assault following a violent domestic incident Monday morning on Nathan Circle.

The 19-year-old has been identified as Austin Chuong.

“This appears to have been the result of a domestic dispute and we have no reason to believe there is a danger to our community,” The department posted on its facebook page early Monday morning.

The investigation is still developing and the police department is expected to release a full statement soon.
