North and Central Georgia are at an increased risk of fires this afternoon and evening, possibly into Sunday due to low humidity.
Relative Humidities of 25 percent or less can be expected for four or more hours this afternoon into the evening.
Winds will be light and variable throughout the day, but generally at or below five miles-per-hour.
With dry fuels, high fire danger conditions can be expected. The National Weather Service in Peachtree City is advising residents to refer to your local burn permitting authorities whether you may burn outdoors.
If you do burn outside, use extreme caution.
