WAYNESBORO — Police re on the scene of a shooting in Burke County in the area of Grubbs St. and Walker St.
According to the Burke County Sheriff’s Office, the victim told police he had been shot and robbed. He has been taken to the hospital for his injuries.
Sheriff’s officials say the man’s injuries appear to be non-life threatening.
Investigators are processing the scene and will continue to investigate this incident. No suspect description is available at this time.
