Starting July 21, for two weeks only, these restaurants invite guests to indulge in a Barbie-inspired feast. One highlight is the head-turning Barbie World Cheesecake. This delectable creation features a strawberry white chocolate cheesecake topped with vanilla Chantilly cream, Fruit Loops, strawberry crunch drizzle, all served on a Fruit Loop crust.
This limited-time decadence can be enjoyed at all three locations. At Virtue Rooftop, guests can also savor the refreshing Barbie Girl martini, a delightful mix of Cucumber and Mint Ketel One vodka, cold-pressed watermelon syrup, and prosecco.
Postino WineCafé
Party like Barbie at Postino WineCafé, where the celebration of the upcoming Barbie blockbuster is in full swing. To mark the occasion, Postino presents the sun-kissed Dream Spritz wine-based cocktail. This vibrant and refreshing cocktail will be available at all Postino locations throughout the opening week (Fri, Jul 21 – Sun, Jul 30).
The best part? $1 from every cocktail sold will be donated to Girls Who Code, an organization dedicated to closing the gender gap in tech jobs.
Playa Pig at The Blind Pig Parlour Bar
Embark on a Barbie dream vacation at Playa Pig, the latest pop-up at The Blind Pig Parlour Bar. Transforming its space into a tropical paradise with a touch of Tulum, Mexico, Playa Pig offers Barbie fans an escape to paradise. Sip on the tantalizing ginger watermelon margarita, a delightful mix of el Jimador blanco, watermelon juice, lemon juice and ginger syrup while the spicy paloma spritz spices up the party with el Jimador blanco, grapefruit juice, ancho reyes, hell fire bitters, fresno pepper agave and sparkling rosé. The Buckhead speakeasy is open Tuesday-Saturday from 5 p.m. until late.
