Filming will close several streets in downtown Norcross this week

NORCROSS — A production company will be filming in downtown Norcross this week, impacting access to some roads and parking lots at several times.

Motorists will need to plan alternative routes around the closures.

Generally speaking, traffic coming from Lawrenceville Street will turn left onto Jones Street and then can make a left or right on College Street. Traffic coming from Park Drive will need to turn left onto Wingo Street.

• Jones Street
  • The road from South Peachtree Street to Lawrenceville Street will be closed Tuesday, July 26, 6 a.m. – 2 p.m.;  Skin Alley accessible for deliveries only 
  • Some parking spaces on Jones Street will be closed Monday, July 25, 7 a.m. to Wednesday, July 27, 7 p.m.
• South Peachtree Street
  • The road from Jones Street to Holcomb Bridge Road will be closed Tuesday, July 26, 6 a.m. – 5 p.m. 
  • Some parking spaces on South Peachtree Street in front of The Crossing will be closed Monday, July 25, 7 a.m. to Wednesday, July 27, 7 p.m.
• Skin Alley 
  • Private Parking Lot will be closed Monday, July 25, 7 a.m. to Wednesday, July 27, 7 p.m.
  • Accessible for deliveries only on Tuesday, July 26, 6 a.m. – 2 p.m.
• Wingo Street
  • Some parking spaces on Wingo Street will be closed Monday, July 25, 7 a.m. to Wednesday, July 27, 7 p.m.
• The Crossing Parking Lot
  • About a quarter of the lot will be closed Monday, July 25, 7 a.m. to Wednesday, July 27, 7 p.m.
  • The full lot will be closed on Tuesday, July 26 from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.
